The house has three levels:
Ground Floor: there are a new living-room with amazing view, kitchen with resin, sofas, a double bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom.
First Floor: it’s reached by an outside staircase, is available the third double bedroom with private bathroom and a panoramic terrace.
Inferior Level: is available the fourth bedroom and another bathroom.
Outside are available barbecue area, private car parking, shower, sun beds.

Hi, Villa Amir is a wonderfull place to stay with family. We were in the beginning of September and it was good time with good view to the sea, nice weather, good food and warm pool, everything near the shop with local delicious food, amazing stracciatella, mozzarella and fruits. People are very kind and good. We are very gratefull to Salvatore for his help to us and of course with help to rent car. We liked this place and people there.

Perfect stay in Villa Amir 30th July – 6th August 2022, fantastic location, great pool, well equipped, clean, all better than we expected. Great market/café with amazing local produce easily walkable. The car hire recommended by Salvatore was perfect for us and the Villa is close to plenty of beaches, towns etc. Nothing not to like and wholly recommended.

We stayed in Scopello end of October and we had a great time. Great weather where it was not too mild to sunbath and swim in the sea and it was not too hot to go sightseeing. However, since the pool was not heated it was too cold to utilize that.
The house and the location was really great. We rented a car as well via the landlord. The car itself was not that fancy, but it was very smooth process.

Lovely house, we stayed from 15 to 22 October, we had a beautiful time in Villa Amir and in Scopello.

We booked Villa Amir between the end of September till beginning of October. The property is very well situated, close amenities and village. Wonderful view and pool. Lovely holiday.

Beautiful property as as described and pictured. Great location (20 min walk to old town and cove with the tonnara, 15 min walk to supermarket) Well-located for day trips to Palermo, Cefalu, Trapani, Segesta and Gibellina. Salvatore was easy to reach and very helpful!
